Hurricane Lowell delivers heavy rain, strong winds as it passes by Hawaii

Hurricane Lowell skirted Hawaii to the west late Monday night but brought severe winds and rain with it, leaving tens of thousands of homes and businesses without power, the National Hurricane Center said. Carter Evans reports.
